1. What is Brian Carroll Automotive Group?

Domestic or import, exotic or mainstream, new or pre-owned, Brian Carroll Automotive Group is America's first full-service car concierge service offering one-stop for ALL your vehicle purchase or lease needs. We are not a dealer.  We deliver a hassle-free experience that saves you time and money. Our concierge service works with dealers to locate the brand, product or model you desire. What would take a typical customer more than 8+ hours to find their next vehicle can now take minutes. We do the work for you, eliminating the time needed to research, locate, then take delivery of your next vehicle. And, we will work hard for you to negotiate the BEST price possible and deliver it free of charge to the location of your choosing.

 

2. Is there a fee to use your services?

No. We do not charge customers to use our car concierge service.  We work with area dealers who are part of our trusted network at no cost to you.  We are paid by our dealer partners.

 

3. How do I get started with Brian Carroll Automotive Group?

We have a simple process that starts by filling out our form in the HOW IT WORKS section of our website.  Share as much information as you can about your next vehicle.  We will do the rest, and locate a vehicle(s) with pricing.

4. I filled out your form, now what?

Once you have filled out our form we may contact you with follow-up questions.  Once we have enough information, we will work with our dealer network based on the timing you indicate (NOW; 1-3 MONTHS; 3-5 MONTHS) to locate your preferred vehicle and obtain pricing estimate.  We prioritize forms based on the timing of when you’re looking to get into your next vehicle. 

 

5, Can I use your services during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Yes! We have recently reopened our services and working with our dealer partners again.Service is a bit slower than usual due to certain employee limitations/restrictions. Due to the virus, there is a backlog of customers waiting for requests to be filled.We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

 

6. Can I pull my current lease ahead?

It depends. Programs and participating dealers vary. If you’re interested in lease pull ahead, please let us know when you fill out our form.

 

7. Can I sell my car through Brian Carroll Automotive Group?

Yes. Through our dealer network we can help you sell your vehicle. We require that you submit pictures of the vehicle’s odometer; both sides; front and rear; and interior.A small commission fee payable upon sale applies.

 

8. Are you hiring?

At this time we are not hiring but we do have plans to expand to other markets. In order to be a BCAG car concierge you must possess and show proof of a Class D license issued through your local state.

9. How is paperwork and delivery handled?

We bring the paperwork and vehicle directly to your location at a time convenient to you.
